One of my buddies sold last year for a tax loss, guess it doesn't matter which year you sell it in...

so i would suppose from the quote below that the stock was halted for the entire day for the bad news?

I've been out of this stock for ages (sold March 26 and June 15, 1998) and don't really following it any longer. I monitor this thread for the remote chance they manage to clean up their act and start moving again. Some day private launch vehicles will be a big hit.
