You sound like the people ought to kick those liberal Republicans out of Congress and get some real conservatives in there!

LIBERALS are using the levers of government to invade every crack and crevice of my life.

If we judge from experience, conservatives will be invading a lot of the same crevices, backing away from a few, and intruding on a few new ones as well. I don't expect much to change. It's easy to scream about reducing the influence of government when someone else is in charge. But once conservatives are sitting in the chair, they will suddenly think of all the wonderful things they could do with that influence, and decide to postpone cutting it until... tomorrow. Or some other time.

Human nature transcends political boundaries.

You go, DMA, you are so right about the liberal establishment. They are truly the intrusive ones. Their warped values, combined with their unwillingness, in many instances, to be the ones who are productive to pay for their values and goals. They look to the conservatives to work, pay taxes and fund their programs.

You forgot to mention that it is LIBERALS who want to know what you do in your bedroom. (If you have a roommate, they'll give you special privileges if you have sex with him.)
