<<"Maybe PO'd investors in the secondary offering are dumping?">> Just the opposite--- POed investors holding when the dilution arrived are realizing how much the additional shares will impact earnings (or lack of).

Nearly 20M shares traded today in regular market from about
$25 5/8- $29 5/8. A pretty good swing. News about a founder
leaving probably helped unsettle investor confidence temporarily. Also this isn't considered a glamorous stock and it is "privately/independently owned", no affiliation
with a larger parent company to help fund the development/growth.
