Also includes 10,000 additional shares of which Mr. Fritz has an option to acquire." "Includes" normally indicates that may not be everything. I'll give him the benefit of your doubt until an iota of evidence appears that his statement in the conference call, indicating that company policy is that he can only sell 20% of each years options, is something he's proven not to have followed. I believe he said he's been there a year and a half. Dan B
