Hi Mayor, I was astounded when the suit was filed. I remember reviewing your posts. I agree that nothing you said was actionable. If I remember correctly, Mr. Pink and Kersey did use the "F" and "C" word, but being right is always helpful. I don't remember you or Janice Shell posting anything remotely actionable. th

Joel - I am so pleased to see you got out of that stupid suit! Hope the little bit of help I was able to give you helped in some way. Congrats to all other ex-defendants as well. The First Amendment still lives. HITT won't be alive much longer, IMHO. Kerry

WVMayor, can you tell us what you think of the HBX2000 site? You were very helpful last year, in explaining the keyword and billboard thingies - how they work, how HITT makes money on it, how many times your banner appeared, etc. This was really valuable, because I couldn't figure any of it out (and probably neither could most prospective Hitsgalore customers, I would guess). Now that you can talk again, can you tell us whether any of the older Hitsgalore thingies (keywords, billboards, etc.) are the same as before, and whether you've figured out what this HBX thingie is supposed to be? Thanks
