Thanks, but I just stumbled upon it. Watson, at best. I still follow SOITEC even though it's way out of my price range for investment. BTW, Gemplus plans to go public eventually, but they have no definite plans yet. This FAQ has a bit of information about that: gemplus.com They're the world leader in smart cards, including SIM cards for mobile phones. That will be one to watch. Maybe they're waiting for smart cards to catch on in the U.S. <g> Why all the secrecy? Perhaps concern that it might alter the perception of Kopin's technical capabilities? It would seem to me that RISK FACTORS similar to those associated with UMC and Unipac might also apply to SOITEC. WT
