Mad2 -- Remember Chris Scoggin? He was one of the shameful promoters of GKI. He used to have a web site called stocktalknews.com, where he would profile penny stocks. After GKI and Carnegie International (CAGI and/or CGY and/or CGYC), went bust, Scoggin disappeared. He has now reincarnated himself as:

thenetinvestor.com

It looks like he has a guy named Morgan Smith fronting the operation for him, but the web domain is registered to Chris Scoggin and Associates LTD, according to swhois.com :

Registrant:
Chris Scoggin and Associates Ltd (THENETINVESTOR4-DOM)
2500 Willcrest
Katy, TX 77042
US

Domain Name: THENETINVESTOR.COM

Administrative Contact, Billing Contact:
Smith, Morgan (MSL560) morganpsmith@EMAIL.MSN.COM
Chris Scoggin and Associates
2500 Willcrest Suite 300
Houston , TX 77042
713 9544801 (FAX) 713 9544883

Apparently, Gary Kimmons and Chris Scoggin feel that they have something to hide. In Kimmons' latest promotion agentmd.com he fails to mention the words "G K Intelligent Systems." At Scoggin's new enterprise thenetinvestor.com , Scoggin's name is not even mentioned.

You might want to get on thenetinvestor.com's email list. It will be a great source for finding stock to sell short!
