I have a lot of experience in this matter. What happens all the time is the buyer will have you sign a confidential letter stating you will not tell the other what you were paid or offered. You see some will get way less and other will get way more. The best thing to do let everyone else commit and then you can nego from strength. You will be amazed at the difference in offers, it can be compared to the passengers ticket price of airlines they all go the same place but the price paid varies.
