Elizabeth... You raise some very valid points... We get kind of bothered when we read that National Bank is putting up a value of $10 while at the same time unloading the stock at all and sundry prices below that value...Do they have any integrity at all or are are they just brazenly advertising their ability to play a "double standard"..?? Ooooo-wahhhh...I wonder if they would put that kinda stuff in their commercial advertisements...Oh well, I guess they are actually doing so, only in a round-about, indirect way...I believe it's ACTUALLY referred to as "SHOWING YOUR TRUE COLOURS".. I don't think it'll be so easy for them to go back to the well next time (if, in fact, they could)...Those who put up the $27.5 million PP are no doubt looking for someone's head...Unless, of course, there's a lot of "wink-winks" going around and it's us "unwashed" who are being unwittingly "shook out"... The way I saw it is that most of the action for the past many weeks was conducted back and forth by mostly four/five Houses, and, as it appeared to me anyways, they drove the price of the stock to where we find it today... I'm just really pissed off at how I, along with my investment, were treated...I know well the names of the principals involved...I won't forget them either...And, neither will many others... Don't get me wrong; I believe Manhattan has excellent ground...That scenario brings me to the conclusion they will either line up a JV or be bought out...They're running a real tight schedule on both counts... Maybe they should marry up to a JV or a take-over suitor and perhaps make an honest woman out of itself... :-) >>Oh well, I knew progress for women was going to be difficult. I don't think Nellie would be pleased to hear that...It's stuff like that that would make her turn in her grave.. :-) Regards....Ray
