Thanks for the analysis, interesting. I think many on this board are assuming that a dollar implosion is looming due to the supply sloshing around the world as well as trade deficits and rapid credit expansion by the federal reserve. I agree that unless there is a 'reversal' in trends the status quo is safe... I am not so sanguine about being able to get out of overvalued stocks in time or that indeed they won't lead to the reversal.

Hence in derivatives parlance, I'm staying long VOL...!
