MidnightJ, My theory why they are late, is that they lost so many personal that they are having troubles crunching numbers.. Allot of people have been leaving as they figure with the duplicate overlay of the two companies, many are without Jobs.

Looking forward the Company is oversold right now, but I recommend to people just to hold what you have, if you buy more it's a high risk, but 3 to 4 years from now the stock should be in the 20's or 30's after the merger.

I'm just holding my token holdings for now. If you want to make some real money in the next 12 to 24 months, I would research AMD and upcoming AWE.

Even TLAB, T, PCS could do well in the next few years.

Paging Network Says 10-K Is Further Delayed
DALLAS -(Dow Jones)- Paging Network Inc. (PAGE) said it was not able to make
its Securities and Exchange Commission 10-K filing with 1999 audited financial
results by April 14 as previously expected.
In a press release Monday, the company said it will make the filing and
release 1999 audited results "as soon as possible" later this month.
Paging Network previously said it would miss the March 30 deadline due to its
pending merger with Arch Communications Group Inc. (APGR) and its new billing
system.
Shares of the wireless-messaging services provider recently traded at 1 23/32,
down 1/4 or 12.7%, on Nasdaq SmallCap volume of 3 million shares, compared with
average daily volume of 11.6 million shares.
