Just stopped by before calling it quits for the day. The recent highs of the stock, IMHO, was due to an unrealistic belief that CSCO would buy them out. Rumors were rampant, which I'm sure you were aware of.

An offer from CSCO never made sense to me since they purchased Fibex in 1999, which provides CSCO the DLC technology that AFCI would also offer them. Its easy to say 20-20 hindsight that the stock was overvalued in the 80s, that it got a little head of itself, but I did think at the time that the stock was worth at least $60 on its own merits, and I am positive it will get back to that level sooner or later as the reality of its businesses show up in terms of bottom line growth.
