08:23 ET Level 3 Comms (LVLT) 79 61/64: Reports Q1 loss of $0.75 a share, $0.25 above the First Call consensus of loss $1.00, vs year-ago loss of $0.33; revenues rose 73.5% to $177.0 mln from a year-ago of $102.0 mln.

08:29 ET Cypress Semi (CY) 49: Released Q1 earnings of $0.41 a share, beating First Call by $0.06 and well ahead of year-ago $0.09; revenues rose 20.2% to $264.24 mln from a year-ago of $219.91 mln.
