Mickey, I don't think the suit is the whole story here. Maybe part of the story scaring off people. I think the thing for me at this point in time is that they have underdelivered the past several quarters and always seem to have some excuse about things. The excuses may be valid but maybe this company is not going to perform like they thought it will. They have done a good job in the segment of the market they are in for a small player but the competition is tough and some of them are better funded. I like what they have done with distribution channels but with higher returns of merchandise, maybe these new distribution channels are not going to be what they planned. It will be important to see what they have done with their web browser to see how much repeat business they are pulling in from here because this is the high margin business. If this and advertising revenues have improved significantly, it may be a reason to hang around. I will probably lighten up on my holdings here because of the uncertainty and will wait on the conference call to see what to do about the rest. Good luck. Neal
