Hi Dorothy,

We are seeing some profit taking this morning, but the market is shaking it off. Money is now rotating to secondary issues from the leaders, which is good news. We also are seiing a follow through on yesterdays rise.

I expect the pattern of selling earning will continue till at least after MSFT reports. Once the new month starts, if the market is stablized at some level, new money can enter the market as tax season will be over. Part of the sell was probably to cover tax liabilities.

Caution is advised if COMPX violates 3650. Next level of support 3560.

No strength anywhere in today's market. Strength in telecom construction due to MTZ. MTZ is a low float stock that always follows its own direction.

There is not too many of these, but I did a check of my watch list this morning for stocks still in strong uptrends despite the market. A strong uptrend is defined as still about the 50 day EMA with the 50 day EMA still rising.

AMAT, ADCT, ANEN.

Stocks that had slight violations of the 50 day EMA but with their uptrend still intact:

NOK, IFMX

These may be safe longs in the next dip. ADCT and IFMX at over below aggressive fair value models given EPS growth.
