Ellen,
I noticed that Global Acces Limited, GBLX's Japanese arm, is already a partner. Therefore, GBLX will have ownership through IXNet and GAL. Add this to their capacity on PC-1, and GBLX will rule the Pacific Internet route.

I was wondering about this. Any idea what the value of the
deal is now that GBLX stock price is so low?? Any chance that IXNET may decide that the value of the deal is now
too low and will back out?
