I think it's close. The units are programmed by light so the operator would select the time from a provided menu and place the beeper against the computer screen. The program would be transferred and the neat thing is you can reprogram the beeper whenever your needs change. You could attach it to your key chain and program it to get you out of a meeting at a specified time. Oops, there's my beeper, gotta go.
