Gastón Billetes, Thank You for that excellent post on REITS. There is always a reason for high interest pay outs. But they cannot be sustained without growth within their sectors. I invested in the BP Prudhoe Bay Royalty Trust for that reason and began to quickly understand the "Growth Aspect" of these companies as the share price dropped on fears the basin was playing out. It never has recovered. Fortunately, I did get out with a reasonable loss. I've printed your comments. Thank You, Chip
