Hi Waldy,
>most great Hollywood directors have/had besides energy is an appetite for bagels and lox<
To me it looks like the board members are leading Mr. Schmidt (if the attend the meetings) and not Mr. Schmidt feeding them the bagels and lox. I would like to see some fire under there seats, let them follow or get the @$*% out of the way. I would like to see some return on my money! Dieter

Waldy....

>>Once again, for the last time, and then I'll go away! Well, maybe! Whats wrong with trying to have a "one time" advisory summit with Eric S. and Paul, FS, Toy, Scott, JW and perhaps a few others via satellite internet or in person, or have a preliminary meeting to compile the collective suggestions in an executive summary and then have Paul deliver same to Eric S. ??>>

You have MY vote and total support.

There's nothing wrong with your idea. I am just not the one to lead this. But I'd be happy to support anyone who does lead. Just let me know how I can "help and serve."

I would just rather have this summit in Montana in August or September at this place...

www.teneagles.com

...which is just an arrow shot from some land where we have 400 acreas, in and 2 miles of some of the the best trout fishing along the Shields River.

We've talked about having a technology meeting with some folks in the financial services industry in this environment. I have some great names from our industry which have committed to coming.

The proprietor of Ten Eagles is a wonderful guy transplanted from the NY/NJ area, Will Todd - and his lovely wife, Besty. Will is Christie Todd Whitman's nephew. He's wired to the same vision I've been sharing on this board and would be a wonderful host.

Montana's BIG Sky is good for the heart and soul. It's where I worked as a kid growing up during the summers. Waldy, you are on "Team Big Sky" as far as I'm concerned.

Now round up Scott, Paul, Peter, Toy and others.

This Novell SI line-up is one of the more empowered technology communities on the net today.

Roger Enrico, Chairman of Pepsico, has a place right up the road from Ten Eagles. The 300+ pop town of Clyde Park is just 1 mile away and the Marboro Man lives in the Dead Rock Ranch just 6 miles away up in the foothills of the Crazy Mountains.

Let Paul be the ambassador. Just make sure Eric comes. If so, I think this sounds like a plan.

You can I can sit in the back layering lox and spreading cream cheese on the bagels. Will can have them flown in from Katz's.

Peace.

GO!!
