I've never liked the aesthetics of the site...or the Logo...
I think they need a new look...A new image...A new vision....91 Million market cap is still high...But there is some value here...that has taken them several years to build...and their knowledge and experience is worth something....Unless you think the net is going to die and go away....

That's funny. The co. is trading at 2 7/8. The stock is indeed cheap. I think the broader theme here is that wall street promoted these firms when they were hot, and oversold them. now the market has gone the other way and created buying opportunities for strategic buyers. wall street is not the right owner of a nascent media franchise. take a look at rationalinvesting.com for some details on this firm.
