(Nasdaq: MEDY), a leading nationwide provider of dental practice management software and integrated technology solutions, today announced that on April 14, 2000, InfoCure Corporation (Nasdaq: INCX) filed a registration statement on Form S-4 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to InfoCure's proposed acquisition of Medical Dynamics.
