I hope you didn't lose 229% shorting SCON. I nearly tripled my money in a couple weeks. That was one monster short squeeze.

Pluvia, thank you for your response. Could you be more specific please. Tern is a symbol for a company, not a technology. Not trying to be smart*ss, just that I don't understand what you mean when you state that Tern Officials led the public to believe "TERN" was the standard.

As far as the second letter from Cablelabs to Terayon, wouldn't Cablelabs be the appropriate entity to establish the relevancy or irrelevancy of that letter? How did Cablelabs explain the second letter to Terayon or did you not contact them about that letter?

When investigating a company that one feels misrepresented information to shareholders, shouldn't all documentation whether pro or con should be published in fairness to all sides?

I do find it troublesome that the second letter was omitted from your investigative report that was published for public consumption. It appears there is a certain unfairness to that type of reporting. I am not an investigator, just JaneQPublic, but that is how it strikes me.

Regards,

Merylee
