Hi Scoob, I wrote a Email to the company about the fillings and here is their answer: Thank you for your email. I don't know if I can be of a lot of help, but I will tell you how things are progressing. The company has filed its audited statements in the form 10sb, the SEC has commented two times. A third amended form is in the process of being finalized, and will be filed very shortly. The form 10-Q has been filed and the company is timely in its filing the 10-Q. Upon receipt of a no comment letter on the form 10SB the company will reapply for listing on the BB. Production is expected to begin in the next week or so. The hot runner that is being installed on the mold replacing the prototype hot runner is in the final stages of completion. This will greatly improve productivity, however full capacity will not be achieved until the bottom hot runner is installed as well. The top system is the most critical and management is most anxious to get back to producing pallets. Arlinpp
