Bob- You don't necessarily want to look at the fact that EXLN has a service or consultation portion to it's business as competing with their partners.

I agree Grace, competition is not the issue. If anything, a scarcity of consultants that are familiar with this technology could be an issue down the road.

If this is the way it works, then I agree no competition. Goldman did say however that most sales are direct and that implies that the partners are not doing much of the selling.

I do not believe it worked the way you describe with Swiss Re however and the partnership in Europe with Anderson may have not appreciated it. Not sure mind you, just using it as an illustration.

By the way, the long list of partners you provided raises a question. How many of them were partners in the
OlD Incarnation Systems? I don't know the answer but my guess is the majority of them.

Love the action on the board as it does indicate interest.
