Harry!

It looked to me that the market was drifting lower but THEY(?!) kicked in some buying program so that we end up strong. Tells me that we might have more upside and that "they" want to make it look good for the public too. Well, i might miss an opportunity here but i'm not buying IT or any stock. Just find it ridiculous how the media is now focusing on the good earnings. Makes me sick and reminded me why i never used to watch it. Will go back to not watching. Waste of time!
I'm not that nimble and i'd rather wait for a base or when it hits the downtrendline to go short again...it will take a while to get this thing out of the official downtrend category!
BTW from 3200 to almost 3800 in 2 days is like a 16-17% gain! I guess that's normal these days...

Stefan

Harry; Am a bit confused <g> L.S seems to suggest the market has historically been up in the 2 days preceding the holiday. Then he says Friday will be a down day, hence a good day to buy - but the market is closed Friday? I think.

As Stefan points out, the Nazdaq has risen almost 17% in 2 days, so one wonders how it can keep going up for another 2 days!
