Insurance? Hmm. There's another way for Hitsgalore to remain profitable. Wonder if the warehouse has good sprinklers. Nah, it couldn't happen, could it?

re. <<HITT suing LFT>> ... well, maybe not. It's true that LFT didn't perform on the cash, but OTOH, HITT got the collateral they were promised, and HITT announced in a news release that HITT's own appraiser says the collateral truly is worth millions. If HITT had announced that its appraiser determined the collateral is worthless, then HITT would have a case. But that didn't happen. It appears to me that this newsrelease burned the litigation bridge behind HITT.

They won't have anybody to sue but the appraiser. Anyway, I don't think they have the cash to pay a lawyer. They're busted.

Overappraising 50 times is not unrealistic, because I have seen it.

Gee, think that just might be the case here?

One wonders if Lloyds ever appraised it before putting out insurance.

It would seem they used an independent appraiser, who's never been named.
