Total build just over 1 million barrels? Seems excellent to me for being "between seasons" and having most of OPEC's new levels coming in (via the now legalized cheating)!!

Wonder how the spinmeisters will try to play this...

Beijing--April 18--China's gross domestic product rose 8.1% in January-March on the year and 1.3% over the fourth quarter of last year to 1.817 trillion yuan (US $219.44 billion), the State Statistics Bureau (SSB) confirmed Tuesday. The SSB also said that benchmark inflation measured according to the consumer price index (CPI) rose 0.1% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2000, while the retail price index fell (1.9%) on the year.
