Ike: I think you are correct. J6P got bent out of shape, losing his a$$ on RIMM, MSTR and FMKT. He has vowed to buy only "quality" merchandise now ('Dung horsemen, etc.) in, as Fleck puts it, a "flight to quantity". The next group of stocks to get shaken out will be the horsemen, to take care of the residual margin clowns and start on the imprudent, "buy-and-hold-at-any-price-it's-a-great-stock" crowd. Then the final wave will be the financials and pretty much everything else (except gold, utilities and Nat resources stocks, which will soar to the point it makes the 70's look like the 90's).

Got freeze-dried food?

ike, sure, those that could afford to do so, via their Pavlovian btd and 'the market always comes back' reflexes decided to tough it out, and that was certainly better than selling on Friday. but they are still doomed to lose their shirts...
