Like a catholic priest at the inquisition, a psychologist is the way Reno will pass the buck further down the line. When the house explodes into flames the psychologist can blame the storm troopers, the storm troopers can say they were not alerted to the fact there was a gas line where they lobbed the first shell so they will blame the City planning department for not furnishing updated plans...... average joe
