Sh!t, I'm such an ass, Seems as if we're looking at forced liquidation no? Fwiw Nite & Inca are buying shares now, not sure how significant that is.

I bought TRAC way back when pre splits, and have just been sitting on the long since freebies for months, and truth be told I'm still kicking myself for not take $8 for more of them when I had the chances.

But all is not lost. A good buyout is still entirely possible.

I bought more today @ $2.50 and $3.50. I am down $20,000 right now. I am not feeling too well myself.
