Thanks, Dennis. I think that the Gnutella story in part 2 of that article is equally interesting to that of Napster's. I believe that I posted this upside story earlier upstream. Interesting how both upside and wired are of the same journalistic genre, and how they both did stand-out stories on Napster. Part 2 of the upside story highlights, once again, the nebulous criteria which are used to determine what classifies an organization as a service provider, and what does not. It seems to me like we've kicked that topic around in the past over in the LM Thread, and even more recently, in the ATHM Thread. FAC
