NASDAQ will not tank tomorrow. NASDAQ Globex Futures are only down 0.5% and S&P 500 futures are trading right around "fair value".

INTC should be down tomorrow but it will not effect the rest of the semi's. INTC is having internal, company specific problems, and even with all that they reported OK numbers. Very bullish for AMD and rest of the semi's and the street should recognize that.

What a ridiculous statement>

Intel will tank NAZ tomorrow.

Kap

There are so many excellent companies that have far exceeded earnings that reported today alone...AFCI ALLR CTCH CMTN ELNT...the list goes on and on. If you think that INTC's inability to produce (mfg) is going to tank the NAZ tomorrow, I have to strongly disagree with you. One company does not the NAZ make. Sorry.

Kap,

I just finished listening to the Intel CC. Hardly a love fest! There was a very somber tone -- not one "congratulations" or "great quarter". Drew Peck out right accussed them of using equity sales to manage earnings. Tad Lafontain questions how a company with 20 billion in cash could have managed the company to only a 3 percent year over year growth. Expect down grades from both Tad and Drew tomorrow. Also, no questions from Dan Niles.

I wonder if we will see any AMD upgrades on this report.

Pravin.
