Scott, I think what is encouraging is that they have started some new businesses and brought in some good people to run them. Now they are focusing back on their core businesses. This takes time and money but hopefully they will be returning to profitability at some point and will then initiate the shareholder initiatives they previously announced. The real problem is there is no visibility and consequently no volume so when there is any sell side pressure the MM sucks the sellers into a black hole. Since PCCG now has an on-line brokerage subsidiary in Executive Trading maybe they will be smart enough to generate some investment banking connections and further their interests with regards to market making. There is a lot of opportunity for improvement on a number of fronts.
