An interesting post regarding PCS and AWe's ability to survive

From Iron_air on Yahoo -QCOM Rocket to the stars
Who says....

"The problem is that PCS has shi!!y coverage, and that PCS and Verizon appear to be overly risk averse, in that they seem to be more concerned with next quarters' profitibility, rather than in charging into new markets (with upgraded systems) in an attempt to claim the wireless data market as theirs.

PCSchick says, "PCS is ready to kick start data already, just give'em the 1X and HDR chipsets." The problem is, no one is giving this stuff away, and I have yet to hear any plans to roll these out on any ambitios basis.

It looks like AWE may live, because they, PCS and Verizon are "playing nice in the sandbox." It would be good to see PCS or Verizon get some ba\\s."
