what happened to Ft. Worth?

I recall someone said something about Texas not giving Intel a tax concession. I may be wrong about this.

The Fort Worth plant was initially delayed twice because Intel felt there wasn't a need for its capacity. Then, mid-late last year, Intel decided to ditch Fort Worth because of tax incentive problems from Texas. That is when they decided to open another fab in Arizona.
