from the "Bull Market Report" (an investment newsletter I subscribe to) :

"COMMENTARY: George Soros unloaded all his shares in GlobalStar (GSTRF, $9.5), a stock we sold from our portfolio in the $17 range. George invested at $29 a share in 1998, so he was fooled too. The market cap is now below $1 billlion.

We understand sales of phones are weak, and the system has some glitches to iron out. We heard that outgoing calls work fine, but for incoming calls you have to switch to the right channel to receive. Not knowing who is calling you and when, this could cause major snafu's. We remain bearish on the stock."
