Anyone know why the QQQ was only up 2.3% today? Why isn't this correlated with the NDX, up 5.28%? Is the QQQ only half as volatile?

I have no new insights, but if I get any I will be sure to share them.

Meanwhile QCOM's revenues were down 22%...As I look at the chart it looks to me as though it will have a destiny at $60. However, when and how it is going to get there, I cannot fathom.

I seem to have done the best shorting low priced stocks. Maybe that is something to be studied further.
