Hello niceguy,

Re: : I can't believe that if it wasn't wholly obvious to analysts out there, just how spectacular AMD's Q1 $1.1 billion and $1.15 eps was, it certainly is now, when stacked up side by side with its major competitor! The markets cannot ignore AMD's stellar performance much longer...It is perfectly obvious that AMD is executing their business plan flawlessly! Listen carefully...(Q1 1.2million, Q2 1.8 Million, Q3 3.6 million, Q4 7.2 million Athys)...ASP's increasing each quarter...At end of Y2000, a string of 5 successive record breaking quarters...It's doable!

I remember well your phrase "a new paradigm shift". I think I just saw on CNBC some evidence of that. I don't remember who the analyst was but the segment was aired 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm EST, and there was a A.G. Edwards sign in the background. The analyst was commenting on *ntel's Q1 results and said something like "...yes, Intel is a buy but AMD might be a better buy with so much more upside possible".

This is the first time I've seen an analyst change the subject and want to talk about AMD. Once the analysts figure out there's only 152 million AMD shares and realize the full magnitude of the implications, the Paradigm Shift will be completed!

Good day for AMD. GO AMD!!!

Kindest regards,
CrazyMan

P.S. Your sequence of Athlons sold quarter by quarter (above) my have to be raised if there's any truth to the rumor that Jerry is asking VIA to increase Athlon chipset production to 3.0-3.5 million for Q2. The possibilities just get better and better. <G>
