From this chart, it appears that except for a 4 week period, RMBS has been basically flat.

But what a great 4 weeks!!!!!!

It's funny, someone basically said the exact same thing to me the other day about AMD. Except that he presented it in a very positive light ("AMD has been a great investment for the past month") without mentioning the previous 15 years.

Again, RMBS is up 125ish% for the year. Not too bad.
