Good points, Jocko, and well expressed. Thor, I agree with him. Don't get the govt involved. There's nothing they've done wrong other than poorly communicate. And they have no money to pay any fines. If you want to do something, launch a proxy fight. That will surely get their attention if they really think they're onto something, as they'll fight hard to keep what they think they have. Their by-laws are posted with the Secretary of State of the state where they incorporated. Post them here and we'll all discuss how to proceed from there. If you're unwilling to do that and e-mail is all the effort you want to put into this, then sit back and wait like the rest of us. By the way, Dick, refresh that website and answer the phone if you're not going to issue press releases! Harry
