I think a lot of people are looking for the "W", instead of "V".

So the big question is, how far up do we go before the May double-vay?

Tomorrow's a big day for SDLI. And I shouldn't make this confession, but I will. I'm here in Whistler with my kids and I've been so determined not to miss the CC, this morning I told them I had to be off the slopes by 1:30 and all set for the call by 2:00. This afternoon I tore off the mountain, hobbled across the square as quickly as I could in ski boots, threw my gear into the locker and practically ran up a flight of stairs ---- only to realize I was a day early. :)

I'll have to replay that scene tomorrow. . .

Pat

Hey paspas.. regarding "W" vs. "V"'s. Didn't we already have the left leg of the "W" a few weeks ago and then retraced the right leg of the down swing last week? At least that's what the analysts were saying last week. Are we in for a WV now? <g> I too thought/think we will have a bit of a down moment or two on and off for the next week or two but to retest the 3300 level? Of course these projections become self fulfilling if CNBC and others are touting them to the average investing public... Last year I learned to have respect for the fed. This year I've learned to have respect for 'the masses' and the ability of the press/financial analysts to stampede the public..
