I never said you couldn't CHOOSE it as a starting place- the only things I was ever arguing was that there is NO proof and no consensus that morality ORIGINALLY came out of religion. I began by arguing nothing more earthshaking than that. To set the record straight that is ALL I was originally saying. Again- just so it's Clear- originally, I see no proof, that morality had to come, did come, out of religion. It could just as easily have evolved in some other way- I gave examples of these. Again, that is all I was saying. If you say you started with the Big 10 more power to you.
