Three things a company should never do: 1. Fail to warn if they are going to miss estimates. 2. Make a statement to analysts that isn't completely true 3. Bring into question their ability to properly account for revenue recognition. Any one of these can easily lead to a 30% hit. Looks like if you do all three the hit is about 60%. The last company I follow to pull this was CDN, and it also took a 60% hit (from 23 to 9). At CDN the CEO and CFO were forced to resign. I am curious to see if there are any resignations tomorrow morning. Carl
