Prophet, I suck at guessing EPS, but on a fully-diluted basis...

...I am gonna guess we are in the mid-20½ range.

How does 24½ sound? This includes product revenues, royalties and about 7½ per share in interest after taxes.

24½ fully-diluted is my conservative guess.

(All guesses will need to discount one-time gains from UMC, which will amount to some $3.00 per share.)

BTW, anything 25½ or over is a MONSTER quarter. More importantly, the c.c. will undoubtedly emphasize the final brush strokes on the Toshiba J.V., an update on fab capacity in Taiwan and Japan, an update on MMC/SDMC production, bookings visibility, the Lexar Media decision, the pristine balance sheet (thanks, Cindy), and the Microsoft announcement. Let's see how Eli and Frank set the stage.

And if we ramp to full production with 512Mbit/D2 technology sometime this year I am gonna cry.
That would be just too damn sweet.

Brace yourselves.
