I think there is still considerable risk in the tech markets at the moment. May be that I'm wrong, but it wouldn't be a big surprise to see some down time after two record days in a row. But that aside I love VTSS at these prices. If the Nasdaq were to keep from imploding for while I think entry at these levels would be fine. I own shares right now that I bought in the 90's. To be fair though, I also own shares at 5 bucks and at 9. I've traded around a core position in VTSS for years. $50 to $60 seems to be a pretty solid floor. Best of luck.
