I am not so sure that we have not seen the bottom.

At the very least a test of the lows lies ahead
for the Nasdaq, and very probably for the Dow.

I'm still building up cash to mop up some yet-to-be-respilled blood in the streets.

I would offer you this:
1) The price of oil has come down....a lot!
2) Fed already increased interest rates many times.
3) I'm 85% cash, plenty like me, waiting to buy.
4) The NAZ stocks most overvalued were hurt the most.
5) NAZ broke 200-day support going down, then again going up.
6) DOW did this earlier, now looks healthy.
7) Current NAZ rally lead by leaders, CSCO, INTC, etc.
8) A 35% decline in the NAZ was a lot!

The picture is by no means clear, but the two stocks I own
advanced 16% and 15% yesterday while I sat in 85% cash. I would
offer that the correct mode right now is to do no shorting, make
upside trades, make no long-term investments.
