In addition to the fundamental learning management technology, Learnframe also integrates powerful skills assessment technology for Intraware users. A large database comprised of more than 4,000 separate job skills, created by SkillScape, has been integrated into the Learnframe backend so that users can easily map their own IT skills and get learning recommendations directly through Intraware E-Learning. The results of this "skills mapping" automatically generate recommendations for e-learning courses that an individual should take and these courses are then launched and managed directly using Learnframe's technology.
