FIRST:
Preview - the complaint form.
Do NOT send. Let us continue to form a base this week.

Then:
Read - sec.gov
This will answer some questions you might have on the form.

Then:
Read - sec.gov
This has many categories to peruse.

And the homepage - sec.gov

THE SEC WANTS TO HEAR ABOUT FRAUD.
We shall let them decide if this is fraud or illegal.

"All aboard Jack" is in. JP is in. and now Syd. And me.
4 emails so far this week-end.
Anyone else?

Bob Walsh, I take it you won't be emailing the SEC complaint
form this weekend?

EXPLAIN THIS.....just the truth please....

November 30, 1999 --- Progress Report
Since our last Press Release dated October 7, 1999, Global has been actively making preparations for the delivery of the small turnkey production facility referred to
therein. Delay in delivery of the plant has been occasioned by significant changes in design of the plant, calculated primarily to allow for a greater flow rate.
Construction of the facility is underway and Globals best estimate for delivery is within three weeks from date. Once onsite, the plant will be capable of processing
the precipitate from up to 40 tons of ore per day, as opposed to less than 1 ton per day under the original design. Production can commence almost immediately
once the plant is delivered. .................yady yady yada

Someone want to call the Dick and make an unofficial
statement here regarding the LATEST PR? Ya know, the one
from 5 months ago!
DOES EVERBODY WANT TO WAIT ANOTHER 5 months??????

20 years + BS + Process = $0000.00

4 shareholders so far are at a stage of intolerance.
Anymore?

;-o

Bob,

This is less than I expected from you. Calling others spoiled 3 year olds is misleading, some of us are well into our teens. <bg>

Jocko is correct in many points, but I question how he just pops up with the $70,000 cost for the water permit when the rest of us didn't have that info. And blaming someone on this thread for ratting to the AZ water people is just speculation. Dick Jensen knew, if he is really "in charge", that water quality would be a major issue. Dick was wrong to assume he could do a head fake on AZ water people while he twiddled on the "process"

I am willing to wait on an SEC probe if Jensen would show the common courtesy of returning my many unanswered calls. I even left my 800 number if costs were an issue. A simple call telling me to be patient like the dozens of other conversations in years past. Being accused of something I did not do, or have knowledge of, pisses me off to the bone. Subsequent calls asking for clarification or explanation are also ignored. Is a road trip really necessary to get 1 simple answer, maybe?

Is it strange that a few people have access to Jensen and seemingly answers as to progress at the mine site? Seems strange to me, and why wouldn't it seem strange to the SEC? Is any of that communication "priviledged material", is it of such value someone could be trading on the pennies left in this non communicating dog?

Thanks for the listen.
