Hi Ed. Well rumors were that the initial results of the recovery rate could be out sometime in April. I did not say that it should have been out in the last NR.

Now why do I think BAY may have some info regarding the recovery rate. Well, the process started a couple of months back if memory serves me correctly, so I would guess that they may have already a sniff of an early recovery rate. Nevertheless, they have stated that this process may go on for a whole year or so before the definitive number will be released.

But I do remind you that this is only a wild guess, an opinion. I could be all wrong. I just tried to give a theory as to why BAY shares have not yet broken the 2.70 resistance level.

Maybe it is just that BAY cannot release that info because it's just not available yet and that some investors don't have the patience to wait for it...
