Rocketman, I can understand that many would think Haim's comments were hyperbole but to me it manifests his deep understanding of how history is shaped by economic events. Woodrow Wilson did not like the Treaty of Verailles because the reparations terms were too harsh and thought "it contained the seeds of another war." Tragic prescience on his part. The damage done by economic disaster often goes well beyond monetary damage. I do not think Haim is insensitive at all. i guess i will be on your ignore list as well. -g- mike
